ship the thing you've been mocking up
develop products. multiply your output. the technical edge that moves your career forward.
AI isn't replacing you.people who use AI are.
the gap is still small.
ship the thing you've been mocking up
stop waiting on the eng backlog
build the campaign tool you wish existed
prototype the idea before you hire for it
four sessions in. you operate differently. the gap between an idea in your head and something running on a real URL collapses to one session of focused work.
ship real things to real URLs. small, focused agents that actually work — not demos.
reports, follow-ups, content production, data shuffling. let AI do the work your role rewards but doesn't reward your time for.
slack, gmail, notion, sheets, your CRM, your design tool. build the connections that turn your tools into a personal operating system.
the marketers, PMs, and designers shipping the fastest in 2026 all use AI as leverage. you'll learn how — permanent productivity gain, not a one-off trick.
unify ad channels, run and analyze campaigns with AI, fold every data source — site, sales, support, CRM — into one business view. knowledge that just landed in 2026 — most senior marketing teams aren't using it yet. you will be.
the exact setup i use to start every project — claude code, the right MCPs, a workflow that doesn't fight you. by the end of the session you've shipped your first "hello world".
every production site i've shipped since 2024 starts the same way. you'll go from blank screen to a deployed URL — edit, prompt, debug, deploy — in one session.
the difference between an agent that works in a demo and one that ships. patterns we use on client projects, stripped down so you can build one yourself tonight.
the part most people skip. fixing the hardest bugs, naming the thing, telling people about it. you'll do it together, with Arslan + peers in the room.
three people who took the course before this cohort, in their own words.
“I came in with a figma file I'd been sitting on for eight months. I walked out of session two with it live on a real url. now when eng says 'next quarter', I build the prototype myself and show them instead.”
“I built the thing I'd been asking developers to quote me on for two years. staff rota, stock count, supplier orders: one page, on my phone, works. session four I showed it to the room and it was already running in the bar that weekend.”
“I'd never opened a terminal before this. now the monthly client reports build themselves: pull the numbers, format, flag anything odd, ready for my review. what changed isn't that I can code. it's that 'can we build this?' stopped being a question I ask other people.”
the four sessions are the beginning. what happens after is what makes this stick.
book a 1:1 with Arslan any time in the 90 days after the cohort. bring a stuck project, a half-finished idea, or a question you don't know how to phrase. real feedback, no gatekeeping.
private channel for cohort 01 alumni. share builds, ask questions, find a co-builder. it stays active long after week four — that's the point.
every month after the course: 3-4 people show what they shipped, the rest gives feedback. you stay accountable to the thing you said you'd build.

CEO, LANARS · Founder, ARS Capital
Sixteen years in technology. I co-founded LANARS in Ukraine ten years ago and brought it to Norway seven years back. It builds software and hardware for clients, out of Oslo.
In 2025 I started ARS Capital, a small fund here in Fornebu that backs AI-native founders at pre-seed. Operator first, investor second: I still write specs, review builds, and sit with founders while the product is being decided.
What I teach in this room is what I do the rest of the week.
small cohort by design — arslan teaches every session himself. if this is for you, the next step is yours.
