Sixteen years in technology. I co-founded LANARS in Ukraine ten years ago and brought it to Norway seven years back. It builds software and hardware for clients, out of Oslo.
In 2025 I started ARS Capital, a small fund here in Fornebu that backs AI-native founders at pre-seed. Operator first, investor second: I still write specs, review builds, and sit with founders while the product is being decided.
What I teach in this room is what I do the rest of the week.
