Terms of Sale

A purchase gives you one seat in the SkillHack cohort you select: four in-person sessions (eight hours in total) taught in Fornebu, Oslo, together with the materials, community access and certificate described on the course page. The number of seats per cohort is limited.

A seat is priced by when you book (early-bird): 7 500 NOK through 11 October 2026, 10 000 NOK from 12 to 25 October, and 12 500 NOK from 26 October. A promo code, where one is offered, is applied to the price in force at the moment of purchase; codes cannot be combined. The price shown at checkout is the price charged. SkillHack is an educational service (undervisningstjeneste), which is exempt from Norwegian VAT (mva) under the VAT Act § 3-5, so no VAT is added.

Payment is made online through Vipps MobilePay or by card. The full amount is charged when you complete your order, and you receive an order confirmation by e-mail.

Your seat is delivered as access to the live sessions on the cohort's scheduled dates, along with the materials and community access described on the course page. On completing the cohort you receive a certificate of completion, subject to the attendance requirement stated on the course page.

If you are a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal under the Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act (angrerettlova). The period runs for 14 days from the day you receive the order confirmation.

To withdraw, notify us at upgrade@skillhack.no before the period ends. You may use the standardised withdrawal form from Forbrukertilsynet. We refund all payments received within 14 days of being notified, using the same payment method you used.

Where a cohort begins during the withdrawal period and you have asked us to start delivery before it ends, the right of withdrawal may lapse once the service has been fully delivered. In practice our cancellation policy below is at least as favourable to you.

You can cancel and receive a full refund at any time before the cohort's first session — just e-mail us at upgrade@skillhack.no.

Once the cohort has started, your seat is no longer refundable, but you may transfer it to another person by giving us their details.

If we cancel or reschedule a cohort, you may choose a full refund or a seat in the next cohort.

If you buy as a business rather than as a consumer, the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply. The cancellation and refund terms in section 5 apply to you in the same way.

If something is wrong with your purchase, contact us at upgrade@skillhack.no and we will try to resolve it quickly.

If we cannot reach agreement, a consumer may bring the matter to Forbrukertilsynet / Forbrukerrådet (forbrukertilsynet.no). You may also use the EU online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/odr.

These terms are governed by Norwegian law. Disputes that cannot be resolved amicably may be brought before the ordinary Norwegian courts, with Asker og Bærum tingrett as the agreed venue where the law permits.
